This Privacy Policy explains how Clay Creations (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses and protects your personal information when you visit or place an order on shopclaycreations.com. Clay Creations is a home-based handmade jewellery business operated by Asma, based in Pakistan.
Information We Collect
When you place an order, we collect the information needed to fulfil it: your name, email address, phone number, and shipping/billing address. If you contact us directly, we also receive whatever information you choose to share, for example over WhatsApp or email.
We do not collect or store any card, bank account or payment credentials on this website. Payment is made by direct bank transfer, completed entirely through your own bank, outside this site.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information only to:
- Process and ship your order
- Confirm payment and communicate with you about your order, including via WhatsApp
- Respond to questions, custom requests or support messages
- Keep basic sales records as required for our own accounting
We do not use your information for unrelated marketing without your consent, and we do not sell your personal information to anyone.
Who We Share It With
We share your order and contact details only where necessary to complete your order — for example, with our courier/delivery partner so they can deliver your parcel. We may also share information with our website hosting provider, which stores our order data securely on our behalf, and with WhatsApp/Meta when you message us there, subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.
Cookies
This site uses standard WooCommerce/WordPress cookies needed to make the shop work — for example, to remember what’s in your cart while you browse and check out. These are functional cookies only; we do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
How Long We Keep Your Data
We keep order records for as long as reasonably needed for accounting, warranty/returns handling, and legal record-keeping purposes. If you contact us and don’t go on to order, we don’t keep your message longer than needed to answer it.
Your Rights
You can ask us at any time to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct anything that’s wrong, or to delete information we no longer need to keep for legal or accounting reasons. Just message us on WhatsApp or email asma.tag@gmail.com.
Security
