Every piece from Clay Creations is handmade to order in small batches, so please choose carefully. We want you to love what you receive, and we’re happy to help if something isn’t right.

Returns & exchanges

If your item arrives damaged or defective, message us on WhatsApp with your order number and a photo within 3 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund. Because each piece is handmade and delivered on request, we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind.

Refunds

Approved refunds are sent back to the same bank account the original payment was transferred from. Please allow a few business days for the transfer to complete.
