1. About These Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of shopclaycreations.com (“we”, “us”, “our”, “Clay Creations”) and any purchase you make through it. By placing an order or otherwise using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this site or place an order.
2. About Us
Clay Creations is a home-based handmade jewellery business operated by Asma, based in Pakistan. We make polymer clay jewellery — earrings, rings, necklaces, pendants, bracelets and jhumkay — by hand, in small batches, and sell directly to customers through this website.

3. Products and Descriptions
Every piece is handmade, which means small variations in colour, shape, size and finish are normal and not a defect — no two pieces are ever perfectly identical. We do our best to photograph and describe each item accurately, but slight differences between the photo and the item you receive can occur because of this handmade process, and because of differences in screen displays.
Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may be updated at any time without notice, though a price change will never affect an order you’ve already placed and had confirmed.
Stock levels shown on the site are updated regularly but are not guaranteed in real time; in the rare case an item sells out before we can fulfil your order, we will contact you to offer a replacement, a wait, or a full refund.
4. Orders and Payment
We currently accept payment by direct bank transfer only. No card payments are processed on this website, and we do not collect or store any card or banking credentials. After you place an order, you will see our bank account details on the confirmation screen and by email; you then transfer the order total and send us the payment receipt on WhatsApp along with your order number.
An order is only confirmed and prepared for shipping once we have received and verified your payment. We reserve the right to cancel any order that is not paid for within a reasonable time, or that we reasonably suspect to be fraudulent or made in error.
5. Shipping
We currently ship to addresses within Pakistan. Estimated delivery times will be communicated to you when your order is confirmed and shipped; these are estimates, not guarantees, since delivery ultimately depends on our courier partners. Risk in the goods passes to you once the order has been handed to the courier, though we will always try to help resolve a genuinely lost or damaged shipment — see our Refund and Returns Policy.
6. Returns and Refunds

7. Intellectual Property
All product photography, designs, logos and written content on this site belong to Clay Creations unless otherwise stated, and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse it — for example, by attempting to interfere with its operation or security, or by placing fraudulent orders.
9. Limitation of Liability
As a small handmade business, our liability to you is limited to the value of your order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded under the laws of Pakistan.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time as our business grows; the version posted on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies to that order.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and any dispute arising from them will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
